My life is unrecognisable from 2020 when I launched my first course, RECLAIM for the first time.
I was FULL of fear, imposter syndrome and everything else you can think of! I was also really sleep deprived - with a challenging newborn and three year old at home during the pandemic. My husband and I were wading through what felt like the most draining, exhausting, difficult year of our lives. Things had to change.
I discovered it was possible to make things happen despite being very short on time, short on sleep and short on financial resources!
I never pretend transforming your life is easy. It isn't! It requires commitment.
But it's the most rewarding and important investment of your time, energy and money you can make when you consider the potential results.
A life curated by you, designed by you and that feels aligned. All you need is a little guidance and someone to cheer you on. That's why I've created IGNITE.
I've been able to support hundreds of people through my courses and membership; launch my Ltd Company, leave my day job and create a life which feels spacious enough for me to manage my three young children and my fourth baby: this business.
At the same time I know that when I DO feel stressed and overwhelmed it's OK; in fact those are the times I recognise I need a rest and more support. The tools and techniques in IGNITE are the same I use myself to make sure I can get those things.
