To begin, we identify why we’re working together and what you want to gain from our coaching
(if you don’t really know, that’s part of my job too).
Then, we go on an adventure.
Through questions, evidence based coaching exercises and my guidance, we explore your internal world, inner stories, subconscious programming, beliefs, values and assumptions which I compassionately reflect back to you.
I guide you to find an observational and non-judgemental view of your thoughts, behaviours and feelings.
Through this work we focus on how you want to feel every day; what you want more of and what you want less of.
We might get specific and focus on particular things you want or we might work more expansively, to allow the answers and specificity to reveal itself through our work.
This depends entirely on the goals we identify at the start or what becomes clear through our sessions.
I guide you to let go of thoughts and feelings holding you back, safely, while honouring why they’re there in the first place.

After you send me an enquiry we’ll set up a quick chat to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. If we both feel good about it and you decide to go ahead, I will prepare an agreement for you to sign and send an invoice. Your coaching experience is confirmed on receipt of payment and your signature. As soon as this is received we book in your first session!

We’ll talk and together make a plan. Refunds are not usually issued given the bespoke nature of the service. If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for 48 hours notice when possible.

Let’s have a chat! I’ve been coaching since 2020 and have supported hundreds of women through many different experiences.
When I am your mentor or consultant I offer direct advice or answers; therefore I need to have personally or professionally had similar experiences.
As your coach the work is entirely client- led. My skill and experience as a coach means I hold space for my client, carefully listening to thoughts; words and body language, to work towards your goal. Direct personal experience of something you have been through is not needed.
Together we decide if you want pure coaching (no mentoring or consulting) or a hybrid of the two.
Transformative coaching acknowledges that the client always has the answers, not the coach. My role is to allow you to find them.

I’m a different sort of business mentor - I’ve never had a ‘proper’ corporate job and have always done things my own way, while learning from others in the business world I believe ANYONE can have a successful business when they understand the basics; clear their limiting beliefs or blocks and show up consistently.
My business fits in around my life and I’ve built it through chaotic chapters: the hormonal, exhausting and vibrant season of creating and parenting 3 small children. I have used what I know about visualisation, energy, self compassion and beginner’s mindset to create a profitable, purpose driven and soul-centred business I am so proud of.
